Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we ask for a £25 booking fee at the time of booking. This is Non-refundable.(unless weather permitted) Please see below.
Is the location suitable for hire?
All of our castle sizes are displayed on website. Please allow at least 2 ft. either side of the castle, plus 6 ft. to the rear of the castle - 3ft for the blower and 3ft for the front for the safety mats. If unsure please measure garden/location. If driver/s arrive and area is unsuitable for any reason the hirer will still be charged the total remaining balance of the hire.
The ground must be reasonably level.
There must be at least doors width access from vehicle drop off point to the location, if access is blocked and we cannot deliver the hirer will still be charged.
Can castles be used indoors?
Yes, if there is sufficient room. Height must be a minimum of 9ft depending on size of castle. All dimensions are against each castle on website.
Is there an age limit?
Children should be no older then 13 years old. As stated on product description age limit maybe younger.
What if it rains on the day?
If it is wet or windy on the day, you can reschedule to another date within 4 weeks of the original hire date or deposit will be lost. On windy conditions of 25mph is very dangerous. Please note all castles except midi castle come with rain covers. We also reserve the right to cancel due to extreme weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances. NO inflatables are to be outdoors when wind speeds are predicted to be 25mph and above. As stated in European Standards.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have 5 million pound public liability insurance. A copy is available upon request.
What happens on the day?
Our driver/s arrive at the agreed time and check location is suitable for delivery and hire. Install our castle/s and confirm all safe to use. Instructions and advice given before driver/s leave. Payment is required upon delivery unless payment has been made prior.

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
